Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched — just open the order in your account and tap Cancel.
Once shipped, eligible unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method or wallet.
For health & safety reasons, opened medicines and temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
